UNIJOS ASUU Commences Strike Action

The Federal University of Jos has today commenced the intended indefinite strike as warned by the school issued bordering on staff welfare.
All academic and nonacademic activities have been suspended till whenever.
In a statement released by the ASUU UniJos Chairman, Prof F. C. Piwuna, said that the action was approved by the ASUU’s National Executive Council (NEC).
According to him all activities, including teaching, supervision, examination as well as statutory and ad hoc committee meetings, have been suspended.
