complaints regarding the post-utme result checker.
Some candidates have complained about getting the error:
INVALID ID
SUPPLIED. If you have experienced this problem, please check
the portal ID you
are supplying and ensure it is correct. A correct portal ID
should start with
PUTME, followed by 15 which represents the year of the exam,
and a unique set
of 6 digits. The correct portal ID format is PUTME15xxxxxx
with no spaces.
If you have got an error which says: NO RESULT RECORD FOUND,
your result
has been witheld for further investigation. This simply
means that your result
will be released after it has been confirmed by our team of
investigators.
The cause of this error is either a duplicate portal ID or
poor shading on the
exam answer sheet. To resolve this error, we ask that you
make a photocopy of
your JAMB result and Post UTME Registration Print-out and
bring them to
room 5 on the first floor of the New ICT centre (2 storey
building beside the
Alvana Microfinance Bank). Please submit your copy as
quickly as possible as
submissions will end by the close of work on Tuesday 20th
Friday 30th of
October 2015.
If you have already submitted your copy to us, then please
exercise patience as
your result is being verified, we are constantly uploading
results in batches so
please check at least once daily to see if your result has
been uploaded.
