4. JAMB Application 2 copies for ND
5. JAMB Results 2 copies for ND
6. Two Recent Passport,
7. Birth Certificate or Statutory Declaration of Age,
8. O'Level Results, Testimonial/Certificate (2 copies)
9. Pre-ND Result (ND Students)
10. ND Result (HND Students) 2 copies
11. One year industrial Training letter (HND Students).
12. Copy of Concession (letter where necessary),
13. Admission Letter,
14. JAMB Admission Letter (ND &HND Students),
15. Acceptance Letter,
16. Payment Receipts,
17. Duly Signed Medical Form,
18. Students Oath Form duly signed,
19. Duly signed Matriculation Oath Form,
20. Next of kin Form,
21. SIWES Form (ND & Diploma) duly signed,
22. Course Registration Form,
23. Verification of Registration Requirements - 2 copies,
24. To Whom it May Concern,
