Important Instruction to Graduands
*All graduands are advised to note and adhere to the date and time schedule for the ceremony.
*Graduands should assemble at the College Sports Complex not later than Ila.m.
*They must be fully robed and seated.
*No graduand will be allowed into the Convocation ground after 11.30 a.m.Graduands attending the ceremony are to pay N500 each in bank draft drawn in favour of Yaba College of Technology for the Convocation Brochure and graduation charges as from Monday, October 26, 2015.
*Extra convocation Brochure will be sold at the rate of N500 (Five Hundred Naira) per copy.
*Each graduand is entitled to two guest cards which are to be collected at their respective schools.
Rehearsal
Rehearsal will be held for all graduands at the College Sports Complex by 4 pm., Wednesday 28th October, 2015.
Return of Academic Gown
*Graduands are required to return their academic robes to the respective School Officers not later than Tuesday, 1st November, 2015.
*Defaulters will be made to pay N500 (Five hundred Naira) per day until the gowns are returned. Furthermore, defaulting graduands will not be allowed to collect their certificates or transcripts or any official records until the gowns are returned and the fines paid.
*All correspondence in respect of the ceremony should be forwarded in envelope marked 29th Convocation and addressed to:
